The servomotor is fitted with a 6.3 A fuse. The fuse protects the limit
switch and intervenes during a short circuit. In the event of short
circuit, the boiler puts itself into standby.
After correcting this fault, replace the faulty fuse with a 5X20 fuse - 6.3
A quick.
Before removing the blue plastic cover, switch off the mains
supply.

2.5 Commissionning
Before starting up the boiler, check the entire flue gas conduit
installation and the operation of the flue damper.
In all cases, the burner should start up only if the flue damper has
opened at least 90% of its through cross section and if the limit switch
is activated.
The switch function can be defined by measuring the voltage.
If the cable is in line with regulations, no voltage should appear on
terminal 3 when the flue damper is closed (switch open).
If the installation has been commissioned, the voltage on terminal 3
must be available after opening the flue damper.

De servomotor is voorzien van een zekering 6.3 A. De zekering
beschermt de eindschakelaar en werkt in geval van kortsluiting. In
geval van kortsluiting gaat de verwarmingsketel over op stand-by.
Na deze storing opgelost te hebben moet de defecte zekering
vervangen worden door een zekering 5X20 - 6.3 A snel.
Onderbreek de stroom alvorens de blauwe plastic kap te
demonteren.

Controleer voor het in bedrijf stellen van de verwarmingsketel de
gehele installatie van de rookgasleiding en de werking van de
afsluitklep.
In alle gevallen mag de brander pas inschakelen wanneer minstens
90% van de doorvoerdoorsnede van de afsluitklep geopend is en de
eindschakelaar ingeschakeld is.
De functie van de schakelaar kan bepaald worden door meting van de
spanning.
Bij een reglementaire kabel mag er geen spanning zijn op de klem 3
wanneer de afsluitklep gesloten is (schakelaar open).
Indien de installatie in bedrijf genomen is, moet de spanning bij de
klem 3 na het openen van de klep beschikbaar zijn.
