1. Remove plug in end of
sub-plate nearest port to
be flow controlled. (See
Figure 5, No. 1.)
2. Screw in throttle with
hand until it stops, this
is
maximum
restriction. (See Figure
5, No. 2.)
3. For less flow
restriction back
out according
to Back Pressure
vs. Flow, Throttle G-F graph. (See
Figure 3.)
4. With throttle at desired setting, hold
adjustment screw with wrench and
turn SEAL-Lock collar nut clockwise,
torque to 3 FT-LB (4 N-M).
WARNING: Do not back-out
throttle past red marking line,
doing so may result in ejection
of throttle under pressure.
5. To protect the sealing lip of the SEAL-
Lock collar nut it must be loosened
before adjusting throttle.
