COLD SPRAYING
The machine can cold spray liquid products or liqueurs:
-
remove the suction tube from the gelatine container;
-
program the work temperature at the level of 20 °C (the word OFF will appear on the display);
-
discharge the gelatine residue from the tube adjusting the spray gun until there is no more left;
-
clean the spraying circuit; We recommend that you suck up water and spray it, using the gun;
-
insert the suction tube in the container of liquid product or liqueur;
-
spray the product with the spray gun
REPLACING THE NOZZLES
To replace the nozzles proceed as follows:
-
Undo the nut at the end of the gun
-
replace the nozzle.
Warning:
Make sure that each nozzle you insert is fitted with its O-ring
ADVICE
To obtain an even, optimal gelatine coverage, follow the instructions given below:
-
keep the gun nozzle at a distance of about 5-10 cm. from the product you are coating in
gelatine, in an upright, perpendicular position (see Fig.4);
-
using a round nozzle: move the gun in a rotating direction
over the product to be coated;
-
using a fan nozzle: move the gun horizontally and vertically
over the product to be coated.
