GAS PRESSURE CONTROL

Proceed as indicated.
1. Close the gas supply faucet.
2. Loosen the pressure fitting screw.
3. Connect the pressure gauge to the pressure fitting.
4. Open the gas supply faucet.
5. Turn on the multi-burner, rotate the knob to the maximum power position.
6. Make sure the pressure indicated on the gauge corresponds to the one on the appliance
plate.
7. Turn off the burner, close the gas supply faucet and disconnect the pressure gauge.
8. Tighten the screw.

EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

All extraordinary maintenance such as broken or worn component replacement must be
performed by authorised personnel with specific technical skills and special abilities in the
specific sector.
After maintenance (routine and extraordinary), always make sure that operations were cor-
rectly performed before running the appliance.
