CHARGING
Charge the Pearl device for five hours before using it for the first time. The
green "charge" light will appear to indicate that the battery is charging. The
green light will go off to indicate that the device is fully charged. When the
device has finished charging, insert the head to begin using it.
Important: In order to check the charge status of the battery, the head must
be inserted. For safety reasons, it is not possible to switch Pearl on if the head
is not inserted.
The charge will last approximately 45 minutes and the battery will take
approximately 90 minutes to recharge after the first use. Pearl is equipped
with a safety feature that causes the device to switch off automatically if it
has not been in use for 15 minutes.
Important: Ensure that your skin is clean, dry and free from lotions and oils
before using Pearl.
REMOVE THE COVER AND INSERT THE HEAD
Choose the appropriate head: large for areas such as the arms, legs and
back, or small for more delicate areas such as the face, armpits and
bikini line.
Line up the pins of the device with the holes in the head and gently push it
into place.
SWITCHING IT ON
Hold the ON/OFF button down for one second to switch the device on.
GLIDING
- Hold the head of the device against the skin to form a 90º angle with the
area to be treated. Start gliding and hold it with the roller flat against the skin.
- Continue gliding and applying pressure on the skin using a smooth, cons-
tant, upward movement against the direction of hair growth.
- A red light will come on and stay on as long as you maintain the correct
angle and speed during use.
