TEST 1.-
ARMY.
The user has to travel a distance of
3.32 km and can adjust the level of
braking.
On finishing the exercise, the screen
will display a score out of 100 based
on the time taken.
With the monitor at STOP, press and
hold the START/STOP key for 3
seconds.
Press the MODE key and MANUAL
will start to flash, press the UP/DOWN
key and select (TEST 1).
Press ENTER to confirm and select
your age (17-41), press ENTER to
confirm. Use the UP/DOWN keys to
select sex and TEST will flash, press
the START/STOP key to begin the
selected program.
See tables at the end of this manual.
TEST 2.-
AIRFORCE.
The user has to travel the greatest
distance possible in 12 minutes and
can adjust the level of braking. On
finishing the exercise, the screen will
display a score out of 100 based on
the distance covered.
It is also possible to calculate the
approximate
maximum
oxygen (in ml/min/kg) as:

TEST 3.-
NAVY.
There is a 4 minute time limit to do this
exercise, with the first minute of
exercise set to level 10 braking force.
The next minute of exercise will switch
to level 1 braking.
The remaining 2 minutes of exercise
will switch to level 5 braking.
Once this first cycle of the TEST is
completed, the user has to travel a
distance of 2.49 km at level 5 braking
force. On finishing the exercise, the
screen will display a score out of 100
based on the time taken.

MARINE CORPS.
There is a 3 minute time limit to do this
exercise, with the first minute of

The next minute of exercise will switch
