Only for some models
An aesthetic flue can be purchased as an optional accessory.
Check with the authorized dealer whether the model in your
possession envisages this possibility.
We advise installing the hood after having purchased the flue
to check with certainty the most suitable installation.

Operation
Use the high suction speed in cases of concentrated kitchen
vapours. It is recommended that the cooker hood suction is
switched on for 5 minutes prior to cooking and to leave in
operation during cooking and for another 15 minutes
approximately after terminating cooking.
The control panel consists of a backlit knob
• To turn on and off the lights:
Press the knob (T1) to turn on and off the lights
•To select the available suction speeds:
Rotate clockwise the knob (T1) to increase suction speed and
counterclockwise to decrease it, until the hood is turned off.
The rotary knob lights up to indicate the selected suction
speed:
•White light:
speed 1 (minimum).
•Blue light:
speed 2 (medium).
.•Dark blue light:
speed 3 (maximum).
•Flashing dark blue light:
speed 4 (intensive): duration 5 minutes, after that period of
time the hood is automatically selected to speed 2
•Light off:
Suction motor off
Filter Control Device
The hood is equipped with a device that indicates when the
filter maintenance should be performed
The control device of the grease filter is always active
The control device of the carbon filter is usually deactivated
To activate it, proceed as follows:
- Turn off the hood.
- Press the knob (T1), for more than 5 seconds
The knob flashes: the control device of the charcoal filter is
activated.
NB = to turn it off, turn the hood off, press the knob (T1) and
wait for the beep to confirm the deactivation.
The grease filter saturation indicator
The knob (T1) lights green when maintenance of the grease
filter must be performed
The charcoal filter saturation indicator
The knob (T1) lights yellow when maintenance of the charcoal
filter must be performed.
Reset of filter saturation indicator
After the filter maintenance turn on the hood (at any suction
speed) and press the knob for more than 5 seconds: you will
hear an acoustic signal (beep) confirming the reset.
In case the knob is indicating the saturation of either the
grease or the charcoal filter (alternately flashing green/yellow),
it is necessary to repeat the reset operation twice.
Maintenance
ATTENTION! Before performing any maintenance operation,
isolate the hood from the electrical supply by switching off at
the connector and removing the connector fuse.
Or if the appliance has been connected through a plug and
socket, then the plug must be removed from the socket.
Cleaning
The cooker hood should be cleaned regularly (at least with the
same frequency with which you carry out maintenance of the
fat filters) internally and externally. Clean using the cloth
dampened with neutral liquid detergent. Do not use abrasive
products. DO NOT USE ALCOHOL!
WARNING: Failure to carry out the basic cleaning
recommendations of the cooker hood and replacement of the
filters may cause fire risks.
Therefore, we recommend observing these instructions.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any damage to
the motor or any fire damage linked to inappropriate
maintenance or failure to observe the above safety
recommendations.
