The following illustration shows the back of the Toshiba Hi-Speed
Port Replicator. For a description of each component, please refer
to the table below.

Description
Connects to the computer's expansion port.
Glows green during normal operation. Turns off when the
computer completes its disconnect sequence. When the
docking indicator light turns off, it is safe to disconnect the
computer.
Begins the computer's disconnect sequence.
Note: Once the Eject button is pressed and the docking
indicator light turns off, the computer cannot communicate
with external devices connected to the port replicator.
Undock and re-dock the computer to reestablish
communication.
Disengages the computer from the port replicator.
Note 1: Please refer to "Undocking your computer" on
page 16 to learn how to disconnect your computer from the
port replicator properly.
Note 2: When the Computer lock switch is in the locked
position, the Eject lever cannot be operated. For more
information on the Computer lock switch, see "Securing
your computer and port replicator" on page 17.
Engage holes on the bottom of the computer to ensure a
proper connection.
Secure the computer to the port replicator.
