DMX Linking

The COLORdash Accent 3 will work with a DMX controller using a 5-pin DMX serial connection. A DMX Primer is
available from www.chauvetprofessional.com.
DMX Connection
The COLORdash Accent 3 uses a 5-pin DMX data connection for its 3 control personalities: Basic (4Ch), HSIC (7Ch), and
Advanced (11Ch). See the User Manual for information about connecting and configuring the product for DMX operation.
RDM (Remote Device Management)
Remote Device Management, or RDM, is a standard for allowing DMX-enabled devices to communicate bi-directionally
along existing DMX cabling. Check the DMX controller's User Manual or with the manufacturer as not all DMX controllers
have this capability. The COLORdash Accent 3 supports RDM protocol that allows feedback to make changes to menu

Filters
The COLORdash Accent 3 comes with two removable filter films: 1) a frosted one that diffuses light output, and 2) a clear
one that protects both the frosted film and the lens. Both can be attached to the product through the magnetic sliding ring
on top of the lens.
