Nothing happens when you press the
switch
The hum disappears or is intermittent
during use

Solution
Check the battery (polarity, state of charge)
Check the state of charge of the battery, and change it
if necessary.
While brushing, short-circuits can occur due to contact
between adjacent teeth, which can also lead to silenc-
ing of the appliance.
