4.2.4 Descent/abseil

Method to abseil one person:
a) connect the device, using connector (A), to an anchoring point conform to EN 795,
b) connect the short end of the rope, using connector (B), to the harness of the person to be
abseiled and tighten the rope (fig. 4a) ensuring no slack is formed (fig. 4b),

c) let the short end of the rope in the pigtail bolt (D1) and hold it (fig. 5a), avoiding to cross the
ends (fig. 5b),
