Be sure that the straight spline on the piston (A)
engages the straight spline on the chuck sleeve
(B), and that the spiral spline on the piston (A)
engages the spiral spline of the ratchet ring (C).

Assemble the ratchet ring (C) into the fronthead
(D), so that the flat surface marked T faces the
cylinder (E).
♦
Tighten the side bolts stepwise to the correct
torque. After tightening, rotate the chuck manually
to make sure that the rotation is free.
Storage

Clean the machine properly before storage, in
order to avoid hazardous substances. See "Dust
and fume hazard"
Pour approximately

the air inlet nipple, connect the machine to the
compressed air supply and start it for a few
seconds.
Always store the machine in a dry place.
