The nexus SPIRIT Cushion User Manual includes information
regarding the proper care and use of your new cushion. Please read
these instructions in full before using this product. Proper adjustment
of the ROHO ® DRY FLOATATION ® cushion insert is critical to assist in
protecting your skin from breakdown.
About the nexus SPIRIT Cushion
The nexus SPIRIT Cushion combines a ROHO DRY
FLOATATION Cushion Insert and a contoured foam
base. By combining the characteristics of the
original ROHO Technology with a contoured foam base, the nexus SPIRIT
Cushion enhances positioning, mobility, and comfort. Skin protection
focuses on your ischia, sacrum, and coccyx, while stability and
positioning are targeted to the pelvis and thighs. An easy access valve
allows you to adjust the cushion insert, and a fluid-resistant, anti-
microbial cover combines fluid protection with breathability.
Wheelchair Seat Bases
If you are using a wheelchair with a sling seat, ROHO,
Inc. recommends the use of the ROHO Contour Base, the
ROHO Solid Seat Insert, or a drop seat in conjunction
with your wheelchair cushion for best positioning results.
