Cleaning
Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
We recommend that you clean and disinfect your appliance regularly.
1.
Remove frozen and fresh foods from the appliance. Wrap frozen foods in several layers
of newspaper, cover and store in a cool place.
2.
Clean the refrigerator and freezer compartments with a sponge soaked in a solution of
bicarbonate of soda and warm water.
3.
Clean the accessories with a soft sponge and warm soapy water.
4.
After cleaning, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
5.
At least once a year, remove dust from the rear of the appliance using a soft brush,
electrostatic cloth or vacuum cleaner.
6.
Once everything is clean and dry, the appliance can be restarted.
Never use abrasive or caustic products, or sponges
with scraping pads to clean the inside or outside of
your appliance.
Take care not to let water run into the light bulb housing and other electrical components.
Inspect the door seals regularly to make sure they are clean and do not harbour any
food particles. Door seals must be kept clean at all times. Clean with hot water and dry
thoroughly.
Do not clean glass shelves with hot water when they are cold. The glass could break due
to sudden changes in temperature and cause injury or material damage.
Clean and leave the doors open to prevent the formation of mould and unpleasant odours.

In case of power failure

If the fault does not last very long, there is little risk of your food spoiling. However, do
not open the doors. This duration is significantly reduced depending on the load of the
appliance.
When the appliance is switched on again, the refrigerator and freezer compartments will
operate with the settings set before the power failure.
