3.- PRECAUTIONS BEFORE USE
INSTRUCTIONS
Read carefully the instructions of this manual before using the T-7500-
M. Become familiar with the machine correct use and with the
machine controls.
Use the T-7500-M exclusively for the use for which it was designed,
that is for the crushing of various materials coming from demolitions in
the building industry not containing iron nets or discarded materials
from marble processing and cement handworks. Any other use may be
harmful and damage the machine.
Never allow people that are not entitled to this purpose to operate the
T-7500-M. Even if the machine does not need a permanent operator to
work, never leave the machine to be operated by people who are not
aware of the instructions included in this manual.
Never use the T-7500-M when protections envisaged for the operator's
safety are deteriorated or missing.
Although the machine does not need a permanent operator, never
leave the machine unattended during its operation.
Do not forget that the owner or the user are liable for accidents and
risks to third parties and their goods.
Never neglect or disregard routine checks that ensure the good
performance of the machine.
PREPARATION
Make sure that the working area is free enough to allow safe material
loading operations. The working area must be circumscribed by special
signs and not be accessible to non-authorized people.
C. INSTALLATION
1.- TRANSPORTATION
To load or unload the machinery on and from a lorry, use the lifting hooks placed on the chassis, making sure that the ropes used have adequate resistance for the
weight to lift. When the machine is loaded on the lorry, it is necessary to fix it to the body with ropes or bands in order to avoid slippage during transportation.
2.- SET-UP
Once the work location has been reached and the machinery unloaded (for the loading and unloading phase please consult previous section), make sure that the
building yard is delimited by appropriate signals, otherwise please carry out this operation.
Make sure that all supporting feet touch the ground.
If you previously disassembled the feeding and extraction belts, assemble them back with the following procedure:
LOADING BELT ASSEMBLAGE
• Lift the loading belt and place it on the top of the T-7500-M.
• Insert the clamping pin A inside the holes of the belt structure.
• Fix the two struts B on the bottom part of the chassis with the pin C.
• Lift the belt and insert the pin D on the strut B and on the chassis hole of
the belt.
• Connect the plug of the belt to the socket of the T-7500-M control board.
BEWARE! The belt weight is of approximately 250 Kg.
Carry out the operation with the help of an adequate
lifting means.
Please pay attention to the electrical connection, make
sure that the cable and the outlet are in good condition,
make sure that the switch of the cable is in neutral position
and verify that along the path of the cable there is no
danger of entrapment or cuts.
ENGLISH
Always wear proper working garments, the protective helmet and
splash guard glasses.
Place the machine in a stable position and make sure that all moving
parts are properly fixed.
Verify the good conditions of electrical connections and be sure that
the power installation is provided with all security requirements
envisaged.
STOP
Before loading the hopper, start the engine of the crusher, of the
feeding belt and of the extracting belt.
Never use the machine with protection doors open or with not
perfectly efficient locks.
Pay attention to the type of material to be crushed; it must belong to
the category of non-hazardous waste substances according to the
current regulations of each country. It is absolutely forbidden to use
the machine for the disposal or recycling of substances or materials not
belonging to the above described category (eternit, asbestos or other
polluting or dangerous substances).
