Shredded Beef
Arepa
Ingredients:
•
2 cups yellow corn flour
•
1 1/2 cups warm water
•
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
•
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
•
2 cups seasoned and cooked shredded beef
Steps:
•
Place all ingredients, except beef, in a large bowl and knead well with
hands.
•
Form the dough into balls.
•
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
•
Let the arepas cool for a few minutes, then carefully by using an oven
mitt slice it open and fill with shredded beef.
