• ó If it is difficult to start the engine due to the
cold, take the rubber plug off the rocker arm
cover and introduce 2 cc of engine oil before
starting the engine again
[ATTENTION]
Never use auxiliary means to start the engine in
low temperatures such as gasoline, paint
dilutants or other volatile liquids or gases,
given that they could cause serious damage to
the engine.
Maintain the rubber plug in its place except
when refuelling oil. If you do not do this,
rainwater, dirt and other foreign matter could
enter the engine and cause the rapid wear of
internal parts, as well as serious problems.
• Once the engine has been started, adjust the
speed control lever to the neutral position and
wait until it heats up, without loading, for a few
minutes.
• Gradually move the speed control lever towards
the high speed position and fix it at the speed
required by the pump for water supply.
