Problem
The device will not turn on, but there is no
error message. You may still hear a beep.
There are lines or bars on the display or the
display is too dark to read.
You do not hear any beeps.
The device appears damaged.
Your broken bone hurts more than it used to.
You run out of batteries.

1. Try replacing the battery with a new one.
2. Make sure to remove plastic off of battery.
3. Wait until tomorrow and try treating again.
4. If the device still will not turn on, call

2. If you do not live where it is humid, listen
again tomorrow for beeps.
