The electrical equipment (motor, rheostat, control, light, electronic parts etc.) are warranted free from defects in material and work
from the date of original purchase. Non-durable parts including, without limitation, needles, belts, bobbins, bulbs, bobbin cases, sh
normally require replacement are specifically excluded from this warranty.
This warranty is in effect provided the sewing machine is used only for normal household use by the original purchaser when new
and proper maintenance in accordance with the accompanying instruction book. The manufacturer is not held responsible for dam
neglect, negligence or if the machine has been repaired by unqualified personnel.
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the unit and excludes all other legal and/or conventional warranties. The res
LLC if any, is limited to the specific obligations expressly assumed by it under the terms of the limited warranty. In no event is EU
any indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation
damages, so the above may not apply to you.
