TROUBLESHOOTING

Check whether the battery is flat or low.

Check whether the volume is set to "0" and whether
the headphones are correctly plugged into the MP4
player.

Check that the headphone jack is clean.
•
Corrupt .MP3 files can produce a static noise and
cause sound cut-off. Check whether the audio files
may be corrupt.
•
Check whether you have selected the suitable
language.
•
Check whether the USB cable is damaged and if the
MP4 player is correctly plugged into the computer.
•
Check that the driver is correctly installed.
•
Check whether the microSD card memory may be
full.
