Always do a warm up before you start using the
device.

In case you feel distressing symptoms such as chest
pain, dizziness, short breath, etc. during training, you
should immediately stop the training and consult
the doctor.

Put the device on a stable, dry and flat surface,
taking care to keep a minimum space of 0,6 m space
around the device.

It is not recommended to use the device without
prior consultation with a doctor by:
persons with contraindications from the doctor or
feeling ill,
persons with serious illnesses,
people suffering from diseases such as hypertension,
heart disease, atherosclerosis and cerebral vein
thrombosis,
people suffering from osteoporosis,
people with a pacemaker or other implanted medical
device.

Do not use the device one hour before or one hour
after a meal as undesirable effects may occur.

Keep the device away from moisture and dust.

Only one person at a time can use the device.

Stop exercising when you feel tired or exhausted.

Do not use the equipment for therapeutic purposes.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using
the device. Stay alert and use common sense when
using the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The product is used to perform exercises at home,
simulating cycling. The product is intended for home use
only!
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

Control panel:

Press the „MODE" button to switch between modes.
Press and hold the „MODE" button for 3 seconds to
reset all data.

Function description:
SCAN – Goes through each mode and displays
values for a few seconds.
TIME – Displays time of the current training session.
SPEED – Displays the current speed.
DISTANCE – Displays the total distance made in the
current training session.
CALORIE – Displays the number of calories burned
during the current training session.
PULSE – Measures and displays your heart rate
during the current training session (hands must rest
on the heart rate monitor)
ODO – Displays the total distance.
RPM – Displays repetitions per minute.
The control panel uses 2 AA batteries. Replace the batteries
when the display starts to fade or the values are very
inaccurate.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE

ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE

1.
Pull the ball pin out of the main frame, unfold the
frame, then reinsert the pin.

Screw the stabilizers to the frame using washers and
bolts.

Attach the bracket to the top of the mainframe with
screws, previously connecting the signal cables.
Additionally, in the GR-MG34 and GR-MG35 models,
screw the handle to the frame.

Tighten the handlebar to the main frame using bolts
and washers. Connect the wires, then place the
control panel in the groove of the handlebar.

GR-MG35 / GR-MG36
Tighten the seat handle and the seat cushion to
the seat frame. Use previously loosened nuts and
washers. Then screw the backrest to the seat frame.
Place the assembled seat in the main frame and
secure it with the height adjustment knob (5a).
GR-MG34 – Place the seat cushion on the seat frame
and tighten previously loosened nylon nuts. Place
the assembled seat in the main frame and secure it
with the height adjustment knob(5b).

Attach the right and left pedals to the respective
axles (a left pedal with a left-hand thread, a right
pedal with a right-hand thread).
