ROUGH-IN
SOLUTION
1. Remove the aerator from the spray head on the faucet body. Inspect
the black rubber gasket inside the aerator. The rubber gasket should
be flat.
2. Reinstall the aerator on the spray head.
1. Remove the aerator from the spray head by turning it clockwise.
2. Gently flush the small parts inside the aerator to clear away any
debris.
3. Screw the aerator back onto the spray head and tighten.
2. Hold the end of the hose assembly down into the sink and turn the
faucet on to the warm position where it mixes the hot and cold water. If
the water flow is still slow or completely blocked, please call customer
service.
