III. Product performance
This product conforms to GB/T1216-2004 standard and is made of high quality materials.The measuring surface is inlaid with hard alloy.
The ratchet device with its locking mechanism can guarantee constant measuring force. The surface is a chrome-plated or sprayed
constant force measuring ruler with divisions formed by laser technology; it is equipped with a calibrating rod for measurements
above 25 mm.
IV.Operation Instructions
1) Clean the measuring surface carefully before use, and check or adjust the zero position to the correct position.
2) Zero position correction or adjustment methods:
Rotate the force measuring device to make both sides touch gently (the outside micrometer with a measurement range greater
than 25 mm shall be calibrated with a calibrating rod) . When you hear the friction sound of the ratchet, the tool will be reset. If it is
not reset, rotate the fixed sleeve with a wrench (12) for alignment.
3) Line pressing or offline line deviation adjustment:
When the differential cylinder pressure line pressing or offline line deviation of the micrometer cylinder exceeds the standard,
remove the force measuring device (11) and cover plate (10) , then remove the differential cylinder micrometer cylinder (8) and
taper sleeve (9) . Move the taper sleeve forwards or backwards for adjustment in relation to line pressing or offline line deviation.
After the adjustment is done, align the differential cylinder micrometer cylinder (8) and taper sleeve (9) , align the zero position,
cover the cover plate (10) and tighten the force measuring device (11) to complete the adjustment.
4) The force measuring device shall be used for measurement with constant measuring pressure. It is not to be used to measure
moving objects.
5) If this tool will not be used for a long time, it shall be placed into its box after anti-rust treatment preservation.
6) Reading method:
The minimum reading of the micrometer is 0.01 mm
The graphic reading is 5.88 mm
(Reading accuracy can reach up to 0.001–0.002 mm)
