1.2 Preparing the pool
- - Clean the inside of the liner fastening rail.
- - Clean the walls.
- - Clean the bottom of the pool (vacuum cleaner).
- - Dismantle the flanges and clean the screw housings on the flanges of the
embedded parts (use a small drill bit and a vacuum cleaner).
- - Clean the bottom of the pool (dry out and suction of the water in the bottom

after installation.
The masonry surface must be perfectly smooth.
1.3 Installation
A 75/100° liner must be installed within a 15 to 25°C temperature range.
1.3.1 Installing the felt underlay
Wearing socks, Unroll the felt underlay. Glue the edges and cut any excess to
obtain an even thickness.

CAUTION
• Lift the liner correctly to prevent it from rubbing against the concrete by accident.
• To remove the protection covering the liner, do not use cutters to cut the
adhesive, remove it by hand.
1.4 Finishes
1.4.1 Liner suction
Crease-free installation of the liner can only be achieved through excellent
suction and therefore a maximum vacuum between the masonry and liner.
This mandatory step involves imagining the final result (with water) before
starting to permanently fill the pool. Any liner that is badly positioned at
this stage will remain so after filling.
Fig 5
You must perform pool suction from the steps (where creases
are most likely to appear) using an industrial vacuum cleaner,
and, if possible, add at least a second suction point in the pool.
In any event, do not hesitate to shut off the suction and reposition the liner
in the case of creases and poor seam positioning.
