Additional steps
If the steps before did not solve the problem, try the following.
If your device does not start to charge
Check the status light:

If there is none, the Heart is not powered. Re-connect the power
cords

If the status light is glowing white and does not change to red while
you put the device on the charging area, make sure that you are
aligning the device correctly and not too far away from the Charging
Spot
If the device is aligned correctly but the light on Heart does not

still change from white to red, make sure that the wireless charging
receiver used for charging is either Qi compatible with the logo
or PowerKiss branded. If it is, wait for 30 seconds before moving
the device

If the charging does not start after trying the steps above, please
remove the device from the area completely, reset the Heart 2 by
disconnecting it from the power outlet. Wait 30 seconds, and then
reconnect everything and place the device again on the charging
area
