1. The result of the measurement is reliable and stable, thanks to the HEIMMANN infra-red
sensor.
2. Audible alarm if the temperature is above the predefined limit (chapter 9-4).
3. Temperature diagnosis: colour indicator (green, yellow or red) to assist with interpreting the
measurement obtained.

Secondary applications:
The MyThermo BW-CX10 can also be used to measure the temperature of a surface or the
ambient temperature (via the TEMP or ROOM SURFACE mode).
6. BATTERY CHARGING
Before using MyThermo for the first time, please charge the battery via the USB cable.
This function is in line with the European directive 89/336 / EEC - Electromagnetic Compatibility.
CHARGE INDICATOR
When the MyThermo battery is low, the
low-battery status. You can continue to use the MyThermo which will make 5 continuous beeps
and turn off automatically when the battery is completely flat. When the MyThermo battery
is completely recharged, the power is automatically stopped. This prevents overcharging and
extends the life of the battery. Recharge the batteries every 6 months if the device is not used
for a long period.
7. DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION
Download the BewellConnect® application to your smartphone or tablet:
- on App Store or Google Play
Then click on the icon MyThermo to activate the sub-application.
8. FIRST CONFIGURATION OF MYTHERMO BW-CX10
- Connect the supplied USB cable to your computer to charge the device. Once fully charged,
you can unplug the cable.
- AT first use, wait about 10 minutes for the ambient temperature of the device.

9. SETTINGS
9.1. CHOOSING THE TEMPERATURE MODE
Body mode : Body temperature measurement.
Measuring range : 30°C ~ 43°C (86.0°F ~109.4°F).
Surface Temp mode : Object, food's surface measurement.
Measuring range : 0°C to 93,3°C (32.0°F to 109.9°F).
ROOM mode : room temperature measurement.
Press the MODE button to select the temperature mode.
The screen displays : B for the Body mode – taking of the body temperature.
Press again the MODE button to go to the SURFACE TEMP mode. The screen displays S.
Press again the MODE button to go to the ROOM mode. The screen displays R.
NOTE : THE BW-CX10 MYTHERMO IS SET BY DEFAULT ON BODY.
Important : The surface temperature is different from the internal body temperature.
The body temperature can only be obtained by using the BODY mode.
Make sure to select the BODY mode for the internal temperature measurement and the SURFACE
TEMP mode or the ROOM mode for the external temperature measurement.
9.2. CHOOSING THE TEMPERATURE UNIT
Press the °C/°F button to select the temperature unit. The screen displays the symbol of the unit
chosen (°C for degrees Celsius and °F for degrees Fahrenheit).
9.3. DATA MEMORIZATION
Data transferred via Bluetooth are stored on the BewellConnect MyThermo application. You can
monitor the history of your measurements on your smartphone or tablet
9.4 ADJUSTING THE ALARM - F1
Press the measurement button to turn on the device.
Press the°C/°F button until F1 is displayed on the screen.
The alarm limit is shown (38°C /100.4°F by default). The device will beep if the measurement is
above this limit.
To change the limit, briefly press the MODE button to decrease it or the° C /° F button to increase
it.
Then press the° C /° F button a few seconds to display the next menu (F2).
