Assembly
ASSEMBLY
Your generator requires some assembly and is ready for
use after i[ has been properly serviced wi[h the
recommended oil and fuel.
If you have any problems with the assembly of your
generaton please call the generator heIpline at
[=888=6 [ I =6708. If calling for assis[ance, please have [he
model, revision, and serial number from the dam tag available.
See "KnowYour Generator" for data tag location.
Unpack the Generator
I. Se[ [he car[on on a rigid flat surface.
2. Open carton completely by cutting each corner from
top [o bo[tom.
3. Remove every[hing from car[on excep[ generator.
4. Leave generator on carton to install wheel kit.

Check all con[ents agains[ [hose listed below:
• Main unit
• Engine oil
• Operator's manual
• Engine operator's manual
• Bat[ery float charger
• Wheel I<i[
If any parts are missing or damaged, call [he genera[or
heipline a[ 1=888=611=6708.
install Wheel
Kit
The wheel I<i[ is designed [o gready improve [he portabili[y
of your genera[or.
NOTE: Wheel I<i[ is no[ in[ended for over-[he-road use.
You wi[[ need [he following [ools [o install [his wheel ki[:
• I/2" or 13mm socke[wrench
• 1/2" or 13mm open end wrench
• Pliers
• Safely glasses
Refer to Figure [ and install the wheel kit as follows:
I. Tip generator so that engine end is up.
2. Slide axle [hrough bo[h mounting bracke[s.
3. Slide a wheel over [he axle.
NOTE: Be sure [o install both wheels wi[h [he air
pressure valve on [he ou[board side.
