To help ensure programming security keep these instructions separate from Use and Care Manual. Use and Care
Manual is written for employee use and contains basic information required to operate oven after programming. Use
and Care Manual can be kept near oven for reference by employees.
Entered programs are protected by electronic time limit and sequential safeguards to help prevent unauthorized
reprogramming. In addition, a "permanent" memory locks in programs, even if power to oven is disconnected.

Commercial Microwave Oven
1. Readout Display--Shows countdown time and
operating information:
• Defrost Light "DEFR"--Indicates defrost
cycle is selected.
• Warm Light "WARM"--Indicates medium
cycle is selected.
• Med Hi Light "MED HI"--Indicates medium
high cycle is selected.
• Power Light "POWER"--Indicates oven is
generating microwave energy.
• Hold Light "HOLD"-Indicates hold cycle is
selected.
• Ready Light "READY"--Indicates microwave
oven is ready for operation.
2. HOLD--Operates oven with no power if
programmed by user.
3. DEFROST--Operates oven at full power for 20%
of time if programmed by user.
4. MEDIUM--Operates oven at full power 50% of
time if programmed by user.
5. MEDIUM HI--Operates oven at full power 70%
of time if programmed by user.
6. TIME ENTRY--Suspends preset functions of
number pads. Press after placing food in
oven and closing door.
7. RESET--If unit is not operating, press RESET
pad once to cancel mistakes. If operating,
press RESET once to stop, press RESET again
to cancel mistakes.
8. START--Starts oven operation.
9. NUMBERS-- Number pads have two uses:
a.
Each number pad comes factory-set (see
"Preset Timing Method" section on page 2).
Numbers can be readjusted to fit menu
requirements.
b. Number pads are used to program heating
times (see "Variable Entry Timing Method" on
page 2).
