INSTALLING AND LEVELLING THE TABLE
1.
Adjust the table angle adjuster (M) to 30° and then tighten the wing screw (N) by hand.
2.
Carefully slide table (1) into position and align the mounting holes at the bottom of the table with the holes
in the table angle adjuster.
3.
Attach the table to the angle adjuster with the 4 M6 screws (2) and tighten firmly with a wrench.
4.
Loosen the table angle adjuster and turn it down so that it rests on the table stop screw (O).
5.
Tighten the wing screw of the table angle adjuster and check that the table angle adjuster is at "0" and that
the table is at 90° to the band saw blade. If it is necessary to adjust the table stop screw, loosen the lock nut
and thread or unthread the stop screw as necessary. When the stop screw is at the correct height, secure it
by tightening the locknut. If the pointer (P) of the table's angle adjuster is to move to the "0" point, loosen
its screw, rotate the pointer as necessary, and then tighten the screw.
6.
The slot in the table must be aligned centrally with the blade. If the table needs to be adjusted laterally to
centralize it and bring it closer to the blade, loosen the 3 nuts on the table angle adjuster (Q) and carefully
move the table angle adjuster as necessary. When the table is in the correct position, tighten the angle
adjuster nuts.
