Safety Measures During
Production
The machine may only be operated by
persons trained for this task, who know the
operation manual and can work according
to it!
Check the machine on visible damage
before every start of production and make
sure that it is operated in flawless condition
only! Whenever you discover a defect, tell
your superior at once!
Remove material / items which are not
required for production from the working
area of the machine before beginning to
work with it!
Do not reach into the working range of the
machine. You run the risk of getting
crushed!
Safety Measures for
Maintenance and Upkeep
Before you start with maintenance and
repair works, please pull out the plug.
Grease and cleansing agents which
endanger our environment must be
disposed of properly!
Before starting the machine after
maintenance and repair, please
• check released screw connections
on their tightness
• make sure that any removed
container lids, sieves or filters have
been replaced
• remove all materials required for
carrying out maintenance and repair
works, tools and other equipment
from the working range of the
machine
Working with Electric
Equipment
Repair works on electric equipment or
machines may be carried out by trained
electricians only!
Check electric equipment frequently!
Refasten lose connections! Replace
damaged conduits / cables immediately!
Always keep covering hoods closed! Only
authorised persons with appropriate tools
are allowed access.
Working with Hydraulic
Equipment
Any maintaining and repair works on the
hydraulic equipment must only be carried
out by persons specially trained for this job!
The machine must be depressurised before
maintenance and repair work may
commence!
Protecting the Environment
Whenever working at or with the machine,
you must maintain the legal obligations
concerning waste product avoidance and
proper salvage / depositing.
Especially when carrying out installation,
repair and maintenance works, substances
endangering the ground water, like
• lubricating grease and oils
• hydraulic oils
• cleaning agents containing
dissolvents
must never pollute the soil or flow into the
sewerage! These substances must be
stored, transported, trapped and disposed
of in suitable containers.
