Problems
The dishes aren't clean.
The dishes are not quite dry
and don't shine.
Overflow.
If the information in this table does not help you solve your specific problem, do
not perform any repairs on the appliance yourself. Contact your retailer's after-
sales service centre.
Possible causes
Check that:
A sufficient quantity of detergent has been

added.
There is dishwasher salt in the salt compartment.
•
There is rinse aid in the rinse aid dispenser.
•
The basket is not overloaded / the dishes are
•
arranged correctly.
One or more parts did not block the washing
•
arm from rotating.
The selected programme is suited to the type
•
and degree of soiling of the dishes.
The holes in the washing arm are not obstructed.
•
All filters are clean and properly inserted in their
•
housings.
Check:
That there is rinse aid in the rinse aid dispenser.
•
The detergent used is of good quality and has
•
not lost its effectiveness.
In the event of overflow, turn off the water supply.
If there is water in the bottom of the appliance
due to an overflow or leak, remove the water
before restarting.
