Salmon with Lemon Chive Sauce
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (5.5 / 6oz. approximately)
Salt
Black pepper
Sauce:
1/4 cup (50 ml) olive oil
3 tbl chopped fresh chives
2 tbl lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
Method:
1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil with the chives, the lemon juice and the
mustard and a pinch each of salt and pepper.
2. Fill the water reservoir to the MAX level. Insert the drip tray and place the
steamer basket on top.
3. Pour the sauce over the salmon and place the fillets in the steamer baskets. If
fillets are too big, place only two fillets in each basket.
4. Place the lid on the steamer.
5. Set steaming timer to 8-10 minutes, or until desired doneness is achieved.
