Tofu with Mushrooms

Ingredients:
1 package of soft tofu drained & cut into bite sized cubes
5 shiitake mushrooms, cut into thin slices
1 tsp oyster sauce
2 scallions cut into thin slices
1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp fried garlic in oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp mirin (sweet rice wine)
2 tbsp soy sauce
5 slices of ginger, finely minced
Pinch of sugar & salt to taste
Method:
1. Fill steamer water reservoir to MAX. Place the tofu and mushrooms into the
steamer baskets (I and II). Set steamer to 10 minutes. Remove from steamer
and place in a serving dish
2. Mix together all the other ingredients and spoon it over the tofu. This dish is
excellent served with a side of rice.
