9) Holes are drilled in both side panels to mark the location of the screws for each Hinge Spacer (UU)
and Hinge Plate (T). Since it may be hard to see the holes through the spacer we recommend that
you start a #6
1¼" (type 17) Pan Head Screw (ZA) into each hole to make it easier to see. Remove
x
the screws and insert them through the plates and spacers. Attach Hinge Plates (T) with Hinge Spacer
(UU), with the longer arm facing out (arrow on the plate points out), using Screw (ZA) in the holes.

10. To attach the doors to the unit, slide the hinge arms onto the hinge plates as shown in FIGURE 10.
Tighten the screw marked '2' in FIGURE 10A to fasten the hinge.
The door may need to be adjusted so that all the spaces between the door and the unit sides are
equal. Follow instructions in FIGURE 10A.
Install the Pads (ZC) to inside of doors where they make contact with the shelf.

To move the door towards the side
panel, loosen screw '1' and tighten
screw '2'. To move the door away
from the side panel, loosen screw '2'
and tighten screw '1'
Depth Adjustment 4mm (5/32")
Loosen screw '2' (Just one turn),
adjust door to desired position,
re-tighten screw.
Height Adjustment 4mm (5/32")
Loosen screw '3', adjust door to
desired position, re-tighten screw.
