approved for any other usage, e.g. as a towing or hauling rope
or for abseiling.

• The device is not a toy for young children; store it in a place
that is not accessible to young children. Only allow children
to use the device with supervision. Children could get caught
in the rope and be strangled or trip and fall.
• Do not train directly after meals, if you are ill, do not feel well,
if you are tired or if you have any other indications that could
be negatively influenced by training.
• In order to prevent damage to your health or minimise
existing risks, consult your doctor prior to starting a fitness
training programme. This particularly applies for limitations
such as wearing a pacemaker and during pregnancy.
• Improper and excessive training can pose a risk to your

• Take enough time and be sure to include warm-up and
cooldown phases.
