- remove the flow control knob (6), pulling out the plate (7) and unscrewing the screw (8).
- remove the flow limit device (9), rotate it clockwise and insert it in one of the 7 stop positions that stop
the rotation of the knob.
- temporarily mount the knob and check that the flow has been reduced as required.
- complete the fitting of the knob by tightening the screw (8) and fitting the plate (7).
MAINTENANCE
REMOVING THE NON-RETURN VALVE (10) AND FILTER (11) (ref. picture 3)
- Turn off the hot and cold inlets.

- Bring the temperature of the mixed water to a value between 38°C and 40°C; by rotating the rod of the
thermostatic valve.
- Insert the handle (5) with the indication of the 38°C aligned with the reference placed on thermostatic
mixer (REF.pict. 4/B).
- Tighten the screw (8) and assemble the small cap (7) again.
REPLACEMENT OF THE CERAMIC HEADVALVE (ref. picture 5)
- Close the cold and hot water inlets.

- Disassemble the handle (6); removing the small cap (7) and unscrewing the screw (8)
- Remove the adapter (12)
- remove the lock nut (16)
- Disassemble the ceramic headvalve (17) by unscrewing it with a 17 mm wrench.
- Mount the new ceramic headvalve; by screwing it down with a 17 mm wrench
- assemble the lock nut again (16) (see the paragraph 'Adjustment of the flow rate limiting device' ).
- Assemble the adapter (12) again.
- Rotate the rod of the ceramic headvalve clockwise up to its lock.
- Insert the handle (6) with the button turned forwards.
- Tighten the screw (8) and assemble the small cap again (7).
If over time there is a reduction of the maximum flow-rate, clean or replace the filters and
