FAULT FINDING PROCEDURE
Conduct fault-finding with the system off (door closed).

Open the control unit casing and

Observe the LED for a sensor

Operate the edge
Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6 for each

PLEASE NOTE: On completion of the procedure, remember to restore the base to working mode by pressing
the PROG key twice.

Is the RED LED flashing?
Is the RED LED on and fixed?
Is the RED LED off?
Is the LED on and fixed?
Does the LED on the sensor come
on?
Are all sensors operating normally?

Diagnosis
A sensor has a low battery; find the sensor with
the flashing LED
Communication problems between the sensors
and the base. Find the sensor with the LED off or
flashing very faintly
The WES system is working correctly, therefore
the fault is with the main control unit.
Perform the appropriate checks.
The sensor detects the safety device has been
activated; connection problem or safety device
fault
The sensor detects the safety device status;
connection problem or safety device fault
A non-existent sensor is included in the network.
It is necessary to delete the network and repeat
assignment of the sensors.
