Starting the walking tractor (Fig. 1-6)
WARNING
- Only ever operate the machine controls from the steering position.
-Before beginning work, always inspect the work area carefulty to identily any sources of danger and
take action to eliminate or limit any risks.
-Only operate the machine after having made certain that no one is in its operating zone.
1) Grip the handle-bar with the teft hand, pulling the clulch lever (3). Release it lrom device (A) (Fig. 9)
with the right hand, taking care to keep the motorstop lever (4) in the down position.
2) Use the gearshift lever (1 ) to select the required gear.
3) Accelerate the engine by means ol lever (7) while slowly releasing lhe clutch lever (3) (Fis 6).
Starting the walking tractor (Fig. 1-6)
WARNING
- Park the tractor with a gear engaged.
- Once the walking tractor has beon stopped, any towed lmplements must be restod on the glound.
- Nevar leavo the machine unattended with the engine running.
1) Move the accelerator lever (7) to the highest position (Fig.6).
2) Pull out the clutch disengaging lever (3) (Fig.6).
3) Once the walking tractor has stopped, move the gearshift lever (1) to neutral position (Fig.i).
4) Release the clutch disengaging lever (3), (Fig.6)
Swintching off the engine (Fig. 6)
WARNING
-Beforo leaving the machine, make sure that the implements aro rosting on the ground and that the
walking tractor is parked both legally and as safely as possible.
1) Set the engine to idling position by turning the accelerator lever (7) upwards (Fig. 6).
2) Release the motorstop lever (4). The engine will stop (Fig. 6).
Power take-off (Fig. 7)
WARNING
- Before driving an implement connected to the PTO, make sure that all bystanders are at a safe distance,
- Move the PTO lever to idling position while operating the clutch controls, then stop the engine before
touching implements driven from the PTO.
The walking tractor is equipped with a PTO (L), (Fig. 7) designed and built to intemational standards
1 7x14 DIN 5482 with clockwise rotation and located at the rear of lhe gearbox housing.
