advanced manually to "1" (See Step 5).
Step 5: If your watch has a "large date" display – go to step "6". For normal date or day/date
display, finish with step "5" only. Pull the crown to the "intermediate" position (one "click").
Turn crown one way until the correct date appears. Then, for day/date models, turn the crown
the other way until the correct day appears. Push the crown in.
Note: The day is printed in two successive positions on the day indicator; in English and in
French. It is possible to make use of either position. The display will automatically remain in the
language chosen. The calendar should not be changed manually between 9:00 pm and 6:00
am. As this could cause an incorrect display which must be corrected later.
Step 6: For Large Date Display. Please note that EACH digit in the date display will advance
independently. Pull the crown to the "intermediate" position and turn the crown away from you
until the correct date appears. Each time that the number on the right side advances from "9"
to "0"– the left number will advance one digit.
Example: Change from "19" to "20". Push the crown in.
Note: At the end of each month it will be necessary to manually advance the date to "01" for
the beginning of the next month. DO NOT use the quick advance feature between 9:00 pm
and 2:00 am This may result in an inaccurate display after the next date change and the date
would have to be corrected manually again.
