Flush Height Return Installation
While returns are usually attached to a desk they may also be attached to credenzas.
Return must never be used as a stand alone piece, if not attached to a desk or credenza
or improperly installed it can tip over causing damage or injury. Should not be attached
1. Position desk in desired location and level it by adjusting the leveling glides on the bottom of
the panel legs.
2. Remove the metal mounting plates attached to the under side of the return top. Reposition
them over the existing holes so that the plates extend out beyond the front edge to the return
top. Use the same 1" wood screws previously removed to re-attach the mounting plates to the
under side of the return top.
3. Align the return with the desk. Adjust the leveling glides if needed.
4. Attach the mounting plates to the under side of the desk top using 1" wood screws. Make sure
that the return and the desk remain aligned. Assistance might be needed to ensure the return
and desk are properly aligned. A power screwdriver is recommended for assembly.
5. Make sure that all screws are fully tightened.
