Introduction
Please thoroughly read the following information before you start working.
Only use the device in the following described way, since misuse may cause bodily injuries and material
damages and might result in loss of warranty claims.
Always keep the device dry and clean. The device is subject to the general norms and standards.
Safety advices and warnings
1. The use of the device is reserved to specialists. Never let the device unattended and / or in the reach of
children.
2. Do not use the device, if there is a risk of fire or explosion.
3. Keep the device in best possible status and protect it against situations, in which the different components
might get damaged since this might impair the safety of the device.
4. Do not leave the device in the rain, protect it against water and never submerge it in water.
5. Wear heat resistant gloves during operation.
6. Do not touch the points / electrodes during operation since they may attain temperatures from
100°C to 200°C.
7. Do not touch the heated up clamps (risk of burns!). Never deposit the hot device or parts hereof
uncontrolled. Always put it on a fireproof support.
8. In case of need (malfunction) always contact a specialized company for after sales service and repair.

1. Intended use

The Plastic Repair Kit Accumulator Easy Clip solely serves to fix and repair plastic material. Using this device,
clamps made of stainless steel spring steel are melted down into the plastic material and thus allow fixing the
plastic material. The clamps heat up rapidly and strongly due to electrical current flow.
It is possible to use the kit with most of the common thermoplastic materials (not suitable for heat-resistant
plastic materials, such as e.g. PE, PP, ABS, etc.).
Attention: It is not possible to use or very difficult to use with elastomers, thermosetting plastic and
fiber-reinforced plastic materials.
The device must not be used for other purposes than the intended purposes.
2. Clamps
Different clamps are included in the delivery of the Plastic Repair Kit Accumulator Easy Clip, which can be
melted into the plastic material for fixing plastic materials and repairs depending on the situation:
