1.2. Intended use
The roof luggage carrier is intended for
installation on the following vehicles:
• Citroën Jumpy box-type delivery van
model year 2016,
• Peugeot Expert box-type delivery van
model year 2016,
• Toyota PROACE box-type delivery van
model year 2016.
2. Technical details
The weight of the STS can be calculated
from all the constituent parts. The indi-
vidual weight details can be taken from
the individual quotation.

Danger of injury caused by incorrect
torque
If the screw connections are not tight-
ened to the relevant torque levels, this
may lead to severe to fatal injuries in the
event of heavy braking or an accident.
▶ Comply with the stated torque levels.
A T T E N T I O N
Material damage caused by incor-
rect positioning of the side rail
On vehicles with rear doors there is a
danger of material damage. When the
rear door is opened it can collide with the
side rail.
▶ Position the side rail in such a way that
it does not collide with the rear door.

3.1. Installation regulations
An installation regulation consists of a
condition and an activity. If a particular
condition arises, this condition must be
eliminated by the relevant activity.
Cross beam ends
Condition
The ends of the cross beams
are not covered.
Activity
Cover the ends of the cross
beams with one of the follow-
ing elements:
•Side rail,
•End cap,
•Side support.
Side rail
Condition
The cross beam has the
ProSafe equipment.
Activity
Trim the support rubber by ap-
prox. 1 cm on both sides.
End caps cross beams
Condition
Swarf can be created by fas-
tening the end caps.
Activity
The swarf does not represent
an injury hazard. If they create
an intrusion, from an optical
point of view, then you should
carefully remove the swarf
with a suitable tool.
If the end caps are removed
they lose their holding capa-
bility.
•Dispose of the removed end
caps immediately.
•Always fit unused end caps.
