2. Compensate for any swinging motion using the oper-
ator handle.
3. Immediately after lifting the load (e.g. from a pallet
or out of a truck), lower the load until it is just over
the floor (approx. 20 to 30 cm).
4. Secure the load securing chain (11) on the chain box
(11.1).
The load securing chain must hold the load tight-
ly.
5. Stow the ends of the chain in the chain box so that it
does not interfere with handling.
The load can now be transported close to the ground (around 50 cm above the ground).
