Troubleshooting

AwoX StriimSOUND is not listed as an available Wi-Fi device.

Make sure Ethernet cable is not plugged in.

Unplug the AC power plug from the unit and plug it back in to reactivate
Wi-Fi.

Press and hold the reset button
previous configuration settings.
I can connect to StriimSOUND but Internet Radio doesn't list any available
stations.

Check to make sure that your home Internet connection is working
properly.

Try playing a song from a USB drive. If that works, the problem is most
likely due to your home Internet connection.
