10.2 Intended use

The inverter should only be operated in combination with the EC-1500-AC/
DC and EC-2000-AC/DC roof air conditioners.
Other installations are not allowed and can result in the inverter or the
connected device being destroyed.
The EC-1500-AC/DC and EC-2000-AC/DC roof air conditioners should be
operated with 230 V alternating current and a battery voltage of 12 V by
means of the ECW-012VS inverter from WAECO.

10.3 Operating principle

The ECW-012VS inverter consists of 3 function units:
Generation of 230 V alternating current from 12 V battery supply.
Automatic switchover between external 230 V mains voltage and
generated voltage of 230 V. The external supply has priority.
Charging of the 12 V supply battery with a maximum of 3 A,
provided external voltage is available.

10.4 Installation of the inverter
