Please read the whole of this operating manual carefully before operating the hog ring tool in for the first time.
Pay particular attention to the safety instructions in Section 2. This operating manual must always be on hand for
every user.

Field of application

Intended use

The hogring tool PSD20/24 EL serves the processing of round closing clips according to TyTecker specifi-
cation, mainly for connecting wire pieces. (intended use)
Use only the clips listed in the technical data for your safety
1.1.2

Misuse

• The hog ring tool must not be used as a piercing tool!
• When testing the tool, do not use your free hand to catch the rings falling from the tool.
1.2

Residual hazards

Danger
The jaws close as soon as the trigger is pulled.
There is a risk of injury from reaching inside or carelessly touching it.
Warning
The PSD20/24 EL hog ring tool has a sequence control system. When the compressed air supply is
connected or re-established after a loss of pressure, the control system is set to the starting position.
A complete sequence of movements can than take place (jaws close and open).
Warning
When testing the tool, do not use your free hand to catch the ring falling from the tool! Use a suitable
container.
