in-lead cable regularly. Do not use the
vacuum cleaner if the cable is damaged.
When replacing the extension cable, the
in-lead cable, etc. the protection class, the
protection itself and the mechanical
resistance must not be lowered.
o
Always use the in-lead cable and extension
cable recommended by the manufacturer.
o
At any repair and maintenance activity
disconnect the in-lead cable from the socket.
o
Use the socket on the vacuum cleaner only
for purposes as described in the Operating
Manual.

Protect the plug, the socket and the
connecting components of the in-lead cables
against water.
o
Carry out only the maintenance job as
described in the Operating Manual.
o
Do not make any changes or alterations on
the vacuum cleaner.
o
Before connection to the mains, check
nominal voltage of the vacuum cleaner.
Make sure that the voltage stated on the
machine plate complies with the local supply
voltage.
o
Never vacuum with a damaged filter.
o
Do not suck combustible dust, e.g.
aluminium dust, magnesium dust.
Danger of explosion!
o
Do not suck inflammable liquids, such as
petrol, diluents etc. There is a risk of an
explosion!
o
Before the wet cleaning, remove the filtration

Before Bringing into Operation
The vacuum cleaner MUST NOT BE connected
to the supply mains and switched ON!
CAUTION!
The accessories are delivered in the
waste vessel of the vacuum cleaner and must
be removed before bringing the device in
operation.
1. Open the closing clamps (4) and take off the
upper section of the vacuum cleaner. Take
the parts of accessories out of the vessel

cleaner back and close the closing clamps.
Carefully block the closing clamps.
4. Connect the suction hose.
5. The operating voltage shown in the machine
plate must comply with the voltage in the
mains.
6. Connect the plug in the socket (that is
installed with a protective contact in
compliance with the safety regulations).
It is recommended to connect the vacuum
cleaner through overcurrent protection with
actuating current (PRCD).
When using extension cables, the minimum
cross-section dimensions as follows must be
observed:
Cable length
Cross section

20 through 50 m
Place the parts that conduct electric current
(sockets, plugs and interconnecting elements)
so that the protection class stays unchanged.
Check the watch for volume flow
Before suction of dust with values of maximum
allowable concentration check whether all filters
are present and put on properly. While the motor
is running, cover the suction hose, and after
approx. 1 second a warning signal will show up.
Before suction of dangerous dust with
values of maximum allowable concentration,
a safety filter must be put on!
Operation
o
Make sure that the vacuum cleaner is
switched OFF.
o
Connect the suction hose. The hose
diameter and the setting-up of the hose
diameter must comply (9).
o
