Before servicing the unit, always be sure to switch it off and un-

plug it from the mains outlet first.

1. Changing the filter:
Turn the device off and pull out the tube (12) and the power

plug. Remove the cover (14) from the casing by pulling

gently on the extendable handle (15). Now hold onto the
filter bag firmly with one hand and the pull the tube supports

out of the opening. Remove the full filter bag and replace it
with a new one. The filter is installed by reversing these

steps.

NOTE:
The filter bag is for one-time use only (disposable) and may
not be emptied or repeatedly used!
Tip:
Anti-odor cartridges, available in stores (vacuum cleaner
accessories), fit through the opening in the filter bag and help
combat unpleasant odors.
