7. With Timing Clamp Tool in Place and Firmly Clamped, Release Pressure from the Timing Belt Tensioner and
Remove the Timing Belt.
8. Following New Timing Belt Manufacturer's Installation Instructions, Install the New Timing Belt onto Gears and
Related Timing Components.
9. Install New Timing Belt Tensioner.
10. Remove Timing Gear Clamp Tool.
11. Rotate Engine 1 Full Revolution (360 Degrees) By Hand, Do Not Attempt to Rotate Engine Through Ignition or Starter
as This May Cause Internal Damage to the Vehicle.
12. Recheck Valve Timing Marks to Ensure Correct Alignment of All Timing Components.
13. After Verifying All Valve Timing Components are Completely Aligned, Clean and Reinstall Valve Cover/s and Any
Other Related Parts Removed.
