The ankle joint support TaloStabil® Plus Sport from BORT supports damaged tissue
structures (joints, ligaments, capsules and cartilage). Here, the compression strengthens the
retaining function of the ligaments, thus relieving the joint. At the same time, this support
helps to avoid incorrect movement. When on the move, the compressed SOFTflex 3D knitted
fabric ensures greater elasticity and stability and is very comfortable to wear, whilst the two
silicone pads cause a massage effect which reduces the swelling tendency and contributes
to faster regression of existing swelling. The Stabilo® strap for the BORT TaloStabil® Plus
Sport serves both additional stabilisation for inwards and outwards rotation of the foot.

Instructions for use:
For stabilisation when rotating the foot inwards, that is with a raised outer edge
of the foot (viewed from the rear, the strap points outwards):

1. Guide the Stabilo® strap forwards diagonally over the metatarsal
downwards to the inner side of the foot on the outer side of the
ankle joint.
2. In the next step, guide the strap through underneath the sole of the
foot to the outer side of the foot.
3. Then, draw the Stabilo® strap upwards diagonally over the metatar-
sal to the inner side of the ankle joint again. Raise the outer edge of
the foot slightly here.
